Anyone else been to one of these? I went to the South-West one today.
We have until 20 June to make a formal response. The headlines seem to be the transfer of regional planning from the Regional Assembly (RA) to the Regional Development Agency (RDA); and the RDA being scrutinised and directed by a new Local Authorities Leaders Forum (LALF) and Parliamentary Committees consisting of a region's MPs, instead of the RA.
When I asked about local involvement and cooperatives, I was directed more towards Local Strategic Partnerships, so it feels like there will be a reduction of our role at regional level.

I'd welcome any comments or corrections!
